Terms and Conditions
1. All orders will only be despatched upon receipt of full payment.
2. All photographic images remain the property of jellybelly*jellybrain, and may only be used by third-parties with permission from jellybelly*jellybrain.
3. All jellybelly*jellybrain products are available to purchase at the RRP by the general public from the jellybelly*jellybrain website.
4. All products supplied by jellybelly*jellybrain will have a sewn-in branded label displaying the jellybelly*jellybrain website address.
5. Retailers are free to charge whatever price they feel they can achieve for any products, but we would draw your attention to points 3 & 4.
6. All products purchased are for re-sale to the general public only, and are not to be re-sold to any other traders.
7. jellybelly*jellybrain is not currently VAT registered.
8. All retailers will be listed as a stockist on the jellybelly*jellybrain website with either a link to your website or details of your trading address.
9. All jellybelly*jellybrain products are handmade in the UK, and fabrics used may vary from photographs, but they will be of a similar style and standard
