Delivery

When ordering from our website, please keep in mind that we are a small team of ladies handmaking all our products to order.

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery (although we generally despatch quicker than this)

If you need an item delivered quicker than this - for a birthday for example - please get in contact with us before placing an order to confirm we can meet your deadline.
We can usually accomodate your requirements, but it is worth checking first.

Shipping Methods

We give you a choice of which shipping method you want to use for your order.

1st Class Recorded Delivery

This is the minimum level of shipping we offer.
We are given a tracking number for your parcel by Royal Mail, however, they are unable to tell us the whereabouts of your parcel until it has been signed for.
This service does not guarantee delivery, and we cannot trace where your parcel is should it go missing.
This service also only covers the contents of a parcel up to the value of £40.00, meaning we will only be able to claim back £40.00 from the post office, and therefore only reimburse you £40.00 if your parcel goes missing. If you are paying more than £40.00 for your order, we strongly recommend using the Guaranteed service.

Guaranteed Delivery

Although more expensive, this service gives us a tracking number for your parcel that Royal Mail can use to trace your parcel if it goes missing.
Even though it guarantees next day delivery, it does not mean your product(s) will be made any faster.
It also covers the contents of a parcel up to the value of £500.00
This is the service we recommend using if the value of your order is over £40.00 and if you want to be able to track your parcel after we have despatched it.

Fabrics

Fabrics used may vary from the photographs on our web-site.
They will be of a similar style and colour - and just as pretty!

Personalisation

We are limited on some of our products as to how much space there is for names.
If you require a long name (Name and Surname for example) please get in contact with us before placing an order to check availability and price. We can usually accomodate your requirements, but it is worth checking first.

Please check spelling when placing your order as we cannot be held responsible for errors due to typing mistakes.

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with any purchase from jellybelly*jellybrain, we will be pleased to refund the purchase price.
This is provided the items are returned to us un-damaged, and in the same packaging in which it was dispatched, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please keep proof of posting in case goods are lost in the post.

Privacy Policy

We do not store any financial details.

We do not pass your details on to any third parties.

We will only contact you (via email) if there is a problem with your order or if you have subscribed to our digital newsletter
